CERTIFIED AND LICENSED ICC STATE OF TN DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND INSURANCE HOME INSPECTOR
Upper Cumberland Development District (UCDD) is seeking eligible Home Inspectors Licensed and Certified with the TN State Fire Marshalls Office to completed work write ups for homes within the Upper Cumberland Region. Inspector will follow guidelines and regulations set forth by Tennessee Housing Development Agency and the Grant Administrator (UCDD).
Inspector will meet and agree to timeline set forth by Grant Administrator and will comply with “UPCS Checklist Single Family and HO-6B Work Write Up Estimate”. Inspections will at a minimum of 3 per house.
Program requirements will adhere to the HUD guidelines outlined in the THDA HOME Manual and Inspector will incorporate in work write up. UCDD reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
