Upper Cumberland nonprofit organizations may now apply for the Tennessee Arts Commission’s Arts Build Communities (ABC) grants for art projects. The Upper Cumberland Development District (UCDD) administers ABC grants in the Upper Cumberland.
The ABC grant program oﬀers up to $5,000 of support for projects that broaden access to arts experiences, address community quality of life issues through the arts, or enhance the sustainability of asset-based cultural enterprises. Organizations must complete the grant application by 11:59 p.m. on July 3, 2023.
New and returning applicants are invited to attend training workshops about program requirements, the application process, and grant procedures on May 18, from 10 until 11 a.m., and on June 8, from 10 until 11 a.m. Workshops will be held virtually.
