The Upper Cumberland was well-represented at the National Association of Development Organizations (NADO) and Development District Association of Appalachia (DDAA) in Arlington, VA, this week.
 
In addition to UCDD staff, our region was represented by Jeff Mason, Smith County Mayor/UCDD Vice Chairman, and Randy Heady, Jackson County Mayor/UCDD Chairman.
 
During the conference, attendees attended sessions focused on regional development, the federal landscape, and the programs and policies that matter most to Regional Development Organizations and their stakeholders.
