The Upper Cumberland Development District will receive sealed proposals at 1104 England Drive, Cookeville, TN 38501, until May 31, 2022 at 12 p.m. Central Standard Time for online training, recruitment, time & attendance, onboarding, and payroll benefit management modules.
Upper Cumberland Development District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Proposals will be opened May 31, 2022 at 1 p.m.
