- Home Modifications
- Individual Counseling
- Legal Assistance
- Nutrition Services
- PERS
- Personal Care
- Public Guardianship Legal Services
- Respite
- Senior Centers
- Transportation
The AAAD contracts for services in the 14-county region of the Upper Cumberland (Cannon, Clay, Cumberland, DeKalb, Fentress, Jackson, Macon, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, Smith, Van Buren, Warren, and White).
Interested parties can visit ucdd.org/aaad/rfpa or ucrfpa@ucdd.org for additional information. Proposals shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. CST on March 13, 2026. Bid openings will take place at Upper Cumberland Development District (1104 England Dr., Cookeville, TN 38501) on March 16, 2026, at 3 p.m.
