Now Accepting Public Comments on the 2023-2024 Annual Action Plan (March 24 – April 24, 2023)
The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA), on behalf of the State of Tennessee, is seeking comments on the 2023-2024 Annual Action Plan, which designates how the State will operate the CDBG, HOME, HTF, ESG, and HOPWA programs in the coming fiscal year. This document also serves as the application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for an estimated $60 million to carry out these housing and community development activities in Tennessee. The draft plan will be posted on https://thda.org/research-reports/consolidated-planning from March 24 to April 24 for public review and comment.
