Tennesseans who wish to receive the COVID-19 vaccination, and qualify for a phase currently being vaccinated, can register for an appointment online at https://covid19.tn.gov/covid-19-vaccines/vaccine-phases/. Residents of Tennessee’s metropolitan counties may seek information from their local health departments about vaccination, as their local processes may vary.
The statewide call center (T: 866-442-5301) will receive calls from anyone who needs assistance getting on a county vaccination waiting list. Waiting lists are available in all 89 rural counties (excluding metro health departments). The individual will receive an email confirming that they are on the waiting list. They will then receive a call/text/email when it is time to sign up. That communication will contain a link that will direct the individual to a place where they can choose their date and time.
For vaccination questions, residents and healthcare providers may call one of the following numbers. Call center hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. and noon until 4 p.m. on weekends:
