The Upper Cumberland Development District is advertising for a Project Manager.

Qualifications include:

  • Aggressively market, show apartment units, and distribute applications to potential renters to maintain full occupancy
  • Ensure compliance with your Fair Housing Marketing Plan and Tenant Selection Plan
  • Ensure tenants and Resident Managers adhere to the complex house rules
  • Have general knowledge of HUD 202/811 programs and meet all reporting requirements
  • Have general knowledge ofNSP and THDA rental programs, if applicable to your assigned properties
  • Collection of rent and security deposits along with proper record keeping of all assigned HUD 202/811 properties
  • Conduct inspections of all buildings and equipment and make reports
  • Keep apprised of all REAC rules and regulations
  • Attend any HUD meetings and/or workshops as needed
  • Quarterly inspections of all apartments with increased frequency when deemed appropriate
  • Coordinate pest control and conduct minor repairs (as necessary) at each complex
  • Work closely with on-site Resident Manager to ensure property is well maintained and tenants requests are addressed in a timely manner
  • Must be able to relate to residents, families, customers and associates in a courteous and professional manner under all circumstances
  • Show apartment units and distribute applications to potential renters
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries from the Resident Mangers at assigned properties
  • Oversee all maintenance requests and ensure that all work in completely in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Communicate regularly with the finance position so you are aware of your property’s financial situation at all times

In addition to the above: Any other duties assigned by the Housing & Family Services Director or the UCDD Executive Director.
